Rematch features voiceovers in English, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, Italian, and German. Full text translations are also available in these languages, plus Japanese, Korean, Russian, Arabic, and both Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Turkish and Polish.
Rematch is available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.and PC Game Pass.

Rematch is a 5v5 football game. Two teams of 5 players compete against each other to win the match. In addition to its competitive 5v5 mode, the game will also feature options for 3v3 and 4v4 quick play game modes.
Rematch is primarily an online multiplayer game. However, practice mode and free play are available offline.
Our focus is on crafting a multiplayer experience. Although a solo campaign is not on our current roadmap, we do have a few single-player workshops and we might see more single-player content in the future.
Rematch does not have fixed positions, everyone can participate in attack and defense depending on the flow of the game.

The first player to enter their team's goalkeeper box becomes Goalkeeper. If they leave the box, a teammate can enter the box to become Goalkeeper.
We offer a wide range of customization options, including character features (skin tone, body type, arm/leg prosthetics), outfits (tops, undertops, pants, etc.), and animations. These features are purely for personalization and will not impact the skill-based gameplay.
Rematch is not a pay-to-win game. However, we offer a wide range of seasonal and theme-based purchasable cosmetics for both players and environments, along with user-specific store experiences.

Rematch is developed using Unreal Engine 5.
If you're unable to launch the game, please try the following steps:

Check hardware requirements: Make sure your system meets the minimum specifications.

Update your drivers: Ensure your graphics card and system drivers are fully updated.

Verify game files in Steam: Go to your Steam Library, right-click the game → Properties → Installed Files → Click "Verify integrity of game files…"

Try launching in Safe Mode: See below for more details on Safe Mode.
Safe Mode starts the game with the lowest graphical settings, reducing GPU and RAM usage.
To enable Safe Mode: In Steam: Right-click the game → Properties → General → In Launch Options, add "-safemode"
Yes. The following technologies are supported: FXAA, TAA, TSR, DLSS (if your GPU supports it), with optional Frame Generation
On first launch, the game auto-detects optimal settings for your hardware.
You can adjust performance manually in the Options menu to improve framerate or reduce resource usage.
Minimum GPU: 4 GB VRAM

DirectX: Version 12 with Shader Model 5.0 support

If your GPU supports Shader Model 6.6, it will be used automatically for improved performance.
Try the following:

Uninstall and reinstall Rematch. This will reinstall EAC.

Visit Easy Anti-Cheat Support for further troubleshooting.
Yes. Rematch uses Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) by Epic Games.
Yes. By default, the game selects the best region before each game, based on Quality of Service (latency, bandwidth, etc.).

To manually set a region:
Go to System → Options → Gameplay → Preferred Server Location
Ensure that Windows's firewall, your antivirus, or your router isn’t blocking the game.
Check if your account has been banned by Easy Anti-Cheat.
We operate servers across multiple regions and continuously monitor network performance to ensure the best online experience possible

However, if you’re having issues:

Enable "Show Network Performance Info" in the Gameplay settings.

Use a wired Ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi.

Close any streaming or download services (e.g., torrents, Netflix).

Disable VPNs, as they can increase latency.

If the game crashes, a Crash Reporter window will appear. Please click "Send and Close" — this helps us gather technical info to fix the issue.
If possible, add a brief description of what you were doing when the crash occurred.
Some Intel 13th and 14th Gen CPUs may experience rare, random crashes.
Recommended Action: Update your BIOS ASAP to the latest version.

You can still access Freeplay mode, but Online Multiplayer will be disabled.
