Season 5 has brought important changes to the core gameplay of Rematch, directly affecting both Dribbling and Goalkeeper dives. These changes are intended to allow for deeper and more balanced gameplay, but some bugs slipped through that made them harder to accept and get used to. Among them are an issue with ball control not working properly when dashing towards the ball, and an issue with rebinding options not working properly for the Goalkeeper. We will address these across two upcoming hotfixes.

Gameplay

• Fixed an issue where the ball could pass through MC when using Defense Mode.

• Fixed an issue where MC performed a dribble before the lob push ball while in Dribble Stance when using a controller in an online environment.

  
  

Goalkeeper Dives

• Fixed a bug where players couldn't swap the Long Range and Short Range keys when using a mouse and keyboard.

• Fixed an issue where the Goalkeeper was able to catch the ball with an upward long dive.

Aura Striker Game Mode

• Fixed a bug where the ball could become desynced in Aura Striker when performing a volley action (Tap/Shoot) while the Goalkeeper was stunned.

• Fixed a bug where the ball could pass through the Goalkeeper's collision and become stuck behind it, preventing players from retrieving it.

• Fixed an issue where the screen could turn gray on the next kickoff in Aura Striker after changing the resolution during a goal celebration.

• Fixed an issue where players could become unable to move due to the AI Goalkeeper's collision when standing next to the goalpost.

• Fixed an issue where the ball could float next to a player's chest when catching it while standing next to the Goalkeeper in Aura Striker.

• Fixed untranslated text related to the game mode.

Stats

• Fixed an issue where players could receive the Save stat by deviating the ball towards their own goal.

• Fixed an issue where players could receive the Save stat when controlling or volleying a ball released by the opposing Goalkeeper.

• Fixed an issue where reconnecting during kickoff resulted in an additional nametag number for some players.

• Fixed an issue where the ball was missing from MC's feet in the customization menu.

• Fixed an issue where head jewelry appeared black during the Feint Spin Roulette and Superior Striker Blue Lock celebrations.

• Fixed various crashes (including replay crashes)
